PLATEMAKING

Chemistry-free platemaking technology eliminates time-consuming chemical processing. It improves quality, reducing the need to remake plates. All of which gets us to press faster. The Avalon thermal imaging systems brings a new level of quality, flexibility and reliability to computer-to-plate imaging. High-definition CtP provides exceptional image quality and unbeatable printability using a HD (high-definition) optical system, a three-pin registration system, a unique external-drum design and high-powered processing.

PRESS

The Komori Lithrone LSX629/C is the industries most environmentally friendly 6-color press in the market. It has an additional Unit for InLine Coating with KPS and Hickey Preventative Dampening System, Electronic PDC S and Color Connection from Pre-Press.

INKS

All inks used at EZ Print Hub are vegetable based and the most environmentally friendly in the commercial industry.

PAPER

All paper used at EZ Print Hub is 100% recycled paper. All excess material cardboard, paper and aluminum is recycled 100%.
